It was a buffet dinner so we had a whole lot of options to pick from. Right at the corner was a wok chef. As you know i love using the dust and quick fry method with tofu because it gives it a nice crispy texture while keeping the cubes moist and silky on the inside. This air fryer sweet sour tofu is made with 11 plant based ingredients. The outside is super crispy and glazed in sweet and sour sauce.
