Fill banana peppers with meat mixture. The meatballs were loosely packed and clearly homemade. Put the peppers in a pot of boiling water and boil until tender 5 or 10 minutes. In a bowl gently mix the meats with egg garlic basil the breadcrumbs and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well again.
