Raisin Bread French Toast Casserole With Cream Cheese

In a small bowl whisk the eggs together. Pour a fabulously rich custard sauce made from eggs whole milk brown sugar and cinnamon over thick pieces of bread. Beat until well combined. Cut half a brick of cream cheese into small cubes. Arrange 1 2 of the cubed raisin bread in the bottom of the dish.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 375 f. Whisk together the eggs milk cream sugar vanilla and cinnamon then pour the mixture evenly over all the pieces of bread soaking the bread as much as possible. Stir in the raisins.
