Spoon into the prepared muffin tin. Spray liners with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper. Either way these bad boys get baked in muffin tins so you can basically have yourself a mac and cheese cupcake. Directions preheat oven to 350. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
