In same skillet heat remaining tablespoon oil. Place onion and sauerkraut over pork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and reduce heat. Sprinkle the pork chops with flour and pepper. Heat until almost smoking.
Add sauerkraut and stir to pick all the browned bits stir in beans and water. Add the chops to the pan and brown both sides about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. In a large skillet over medium high heat add a thin layer of oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Mix wine paprika and garlic and pour over sauerkraut.

I didn t drain the liquid from the sauerkraut plus i added more apple juice 1 4c. In a skillet i browned the pork chops on both sides and sauted the kraut too and then for a really tender juicy meat i baked mine at 350 covered for an hour. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining 1 2 teaspoon salt.
